ABOUT EQUINE ASSISTED
COUNSELLING

Equine Assisted Counselling offers unique and valuable benefits for skill development, particularly in enhancing mental health, social dynamics and personal development. Individuals become more aware of their emotional states and how to regulate them. This process experienced in a group setting provides stimulating real life situations in a diverse yet supportive environment.
